然后介绍自己在实习中负责的工作：
实习的任务是搜集并整理对银行业务发展有参考作用的财经信息。具体来说，搜集了2012年1月至2月末，北京市及各区县的政策信息、领导动态，客户开发信息以及宏观经济数据，并对数据进行了筛选、整理，以作为部门决策的参考材料。
最后介绍本次实习所得：
实习让自己接触到了大量首都的宏观经济信息，并深入了解了国家经济政策的影响以及特定城市和区域的金融市场情况，领先的银行的工作流程有了更深刻的认识，并且增强了收集和分析信息的能力。

Position: Assistant at Operations Management Division

A financial institution in the People's Republic of China (PRC) under the direct jurisdiction of the State Council; it is the only bank in China whose governor is a full minister. It is one of the three policy banks of the PRC, primarily responsible for raisingfunding for large infrastructure projects. The bank was established by the Policy Banks Law of 1994. The bank is often described as the engine that powers the national government’s economic development policies.
About the Operations Management Division: The division is responsible for the overall coordination, distribution, management and supervision of CDB’s all the business operations. As the most critical department of the bank, the division is responsible for formulating CDB’s short and long-term objectives, annual objectives of business operations and work plans, performing quarterly analyses and forecasts based on the a variety of indexes that reflect the scale and the scope of all the business operations, and conducting regular evaluations of those business operations.
- ● Responsibilities: collecting and classifying useful financial and economic information
useful to the development of the business operations of CDB. Specifically, I have
been collecting information about the macroeconomic policies and their
implications, central government regulations, customer development,
macroeconomic statistics in Beijing Municipality and its surrounding regions and
counties since early 20xx. By processing and classifying all the information into neat
categories, I have provided important materials of reference for the decision
making of CDB’s top management.
● Achievements: The internship has allowed me to have access to a wealth of
macroeconomic information regarding the capital city of China and gain insights
into the impact of macroeconomic policies and situations on financial an economic
performance of particular cities and regions; deepened my knowledge about
business workflow of a leading bank of the country and enhanced my abilities to
collect and analyze economic and financial data.
