至五月底，对方评审还未出结果。虽然对方预先说明，最迟要等到七月初才有结果，但申请人拿到其它不错的学校的录取，并且已经约了六月中旬去美国使馆签证。于是，便去函询问对Waiting List上的备选人的评审结果。

我方去函：

        首先自报姓名和申请密码，说明自己在waiting list上，并在一个月前收到了通知，说自己的申请材料将被审核，并根据通知更新了自己的申请材料。接着表示虽然自己理解截止日期尚未到，但是自己心情急切，所以想问一下目前是否已经有结果，以及能否先于截止日期得到录取结果。最后不忘表示，自己仍愿继续等待。

I am Cheng Ting whose PIN is XXXXXX. I am a student on the waiting list. I was informed about a month ago that my application would be reviewed and I accordingly submitted some updated materials to strengthen my candidacy. I understand that the final deadline for notifying the candidates on the waitlist is July 1, but waiting is an anxious process and I would like to inquire whether a decision has been made and whether I would be able to receive a decision before July 1. I am prepared to be kept waiting and if a decision has been made concerning my application I would be happy to learn the decision once it is made. I do look forward to enter the XX School.
